Chart Orientation and Formatting in Access Reports
Greetings,
I am encountering a very strange formatting issue when creating a report in Microsoft Access 2003. The issue is that when I place a Microsoft Office Chart 11.0 object onto the report and move it to different horizontal locations on the report a number of very odd formatting changes are made to the chart object. To summarize, if I place the chart on the far left-hand side of the report it displays as I would expect it to, but as I move the object from left to right on the form (and then preview the report to see the changes) the spacing between items in the chart seem to increase (ie. spacing between chart legend and graph and title are increased) and the thickness of the borders in the chart increase as well. I have tried this with a blank chart and the same issues arise. When I try to orient the chart on the right side of the report (where I want it) the chart formatting is so contorted that it is no longer distinguishable as a chart. Has anybody come across this issue and, if so, where can I start to look for a resolution? Thanks Matt |
