If I accept an appointment request using Outlook 2003 from an exchange
server the appointment is added to my Personal Folders calendar. I would
like to have this added to the Calendar that is accessed from the menu Go
Calendar Ctrl + 2. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Joseph

If your email is set to go to your personal folders, then it will use the calendar in your personal folders. If you want your email downloaded to your machine and accessible at all times, and you want your calendar events to go into the main calendar, then I would suggest using cache mode, or offline mode.

The acceptance goes to the calendar in the delivery location for your mail.
If you want it in your mailbox (not .pst) you need to change the default
delivery location.
