Default How to access return path and complete header

Someone on ebay is harassing me and ebay has requested that I send the entire
message, complete with header and and return path. The instructions they gave
me do not work, there is no "options" under the file menu. Any other ideas?

Here is what they told me to do:
1. Click the message you want to view.
2. From the menu bar at the top of Outlook Express, select "File."
3. Select "Properties."
4. Select the "Details" tab.
