Syncronizing calendars
I have a question: I use Outlook 2007 at work and I publish a calendar so
that I can get updates at home and on my Iphone. When I start Outlook, it displays the default calendar. How can I get the default calendar to be in sync with the published calendar, and also I need to have the default calendar at home to be in sync with the published calendar. if anyone has and uses the Iphone for this. another problem that I have is how to tell the Iphone which calendar to sync with as the only one in the list is the default calendar. Will someone please help me with this. -- Horton''s |

Syncronizing calendars
You can have the iphone sync other calendars AFAIK but I don't use an iphone
so I don't know the exact steps required - check in the iphone forum at apple. The home calendar can't update the internet calendar published by the other system - its read only. If you want to view the internet calendar with outlook starts, set it as the start up folder - tools, options, other, advanced, top item. It won't make this your default but it keeps it up until you select another calendar. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
