Default Picture database

Anyone have a database I can use to display a picture (.jpg, .gif)? I have
five fields I need to have in my database including (Dept, Class, Class_Name,
Placement Instructions, and Link to Picture.

What I really want is a database that has a table that stores this info and
pictures are ina remote network folder to save the database from getting to
large as a ole would. one form that you enter a dept and class and walla
there is the picture and you print it and hit button "Next Dept/Class" and it
starts all over again. Sounds simple enough but I have never done a picture
database before. I downloaded some info and sample databases but none of them
work right or links dont work etc. I'm struggling with this. I have about 100
pictures and over 5000 department class combinations I need to add to table
to lilnk to the 100 pictures. If someone is real good at this could you sweep
me a quick one and email it to me or help me with some ideas. I tried links
in the table setup but it still wont work.

Thanks

There are some real nice folks here that sent me a template to get me started
and with that I have managed to get the database with photo's built but now
im fighting with creating a runtime version. Something about modifying my
registry and DLL files. Anyway I could send the template if that would help
you.

That would be great if you wouldnt mind. Just empty the tables to keep the
size down. I will ask me IT guy about your issue maybe he can give us an
answer on that when I put a little data in it to get your issue to work he
comes back to work today.
