Default Send page subject line

When I send a page by email (ALT-F-E-P) the subject line
does not reflect the title of the news article. Instead,
the subject line begins with, "Emailing:" and a partial
URL is appended after the colon. For example, the
following is the result of sending the story
entitled, "Company Said to Be Ready to Clone Pets":

"Emailing: cat_clone_company"

Please, can anyone help?

OS: 6.0.2800.1105.xpsp2.030422-1633IC
OE: 6.00.2800.1123

Thanks.

Unfortunately, that's the nature of the beast. You would have to
change the subject yourself. It is always abbreviated.

BTW - If your version of OE is 6.00.2800.1123, You haven't been to
Windows Updates in a long time. Current up to date version is
6.00.2800.1437.

In OE, click HelpAbout Microsoft Outlook Express and scroll down to
msoe.dll and check the number.

I don't know the solution to your problem, but your OS revision number looks
suspiciously like MS Internet Explorer (a browser), not Windows XP (an
'OS'). Of course, I suppose that I could be wrong; Windows Me is version
4.90, I think Windows 2K is Windows NT v.5 something; so Windows XP is,
conceivably, Windows NT v.6 something...
