I need help? I have a list of names which need a lot of figures to be entered onto a worksheet. The work sheet is vey large and covers some 7 pages on the landscape feature.
Is there a way the names can travel along the worksheet so I keep the right figures with the right name?? I have seen it in action but have no idea how to do it, can anyone help??? PLEASE. Tony |

Hi!
I think you may be referring to the way one can "freeze" the name column at the left of the screen so that the names are visible whichever column you are working in. If so: assuming names are in columnA and column headings are in row 1, click on cell B2: Window Freeze. Alf --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |

Assuming the names are in Column A........ Select B1 and WindowFreeze Panes. Column A will will stay in view as you scroll to the right. Rule for Freezing Panes is...everything above and to the right of the selected cell will be frozen in view. Gord Dibben Excel MVP On Tue, 6 Jul 2004 15:10:01 -0700, "Tony" wrote: I need help?
