I receive this message everytime I try to select outlook contacts from the
"TO" button. System is XP SP2 with outlook 2003 connected to exchange
running on SBS 2003. Any known solutions?

Thanks

Try removing the Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile and
then readding it.
