An old name is printing on envelopes, in addition to the new name
An client was married, the envelope prints "Bob & Jane Smith Jones"
Smith was a single name, that has been changed in Outlook to Jones. I have looked everywhere I cannot find where that past name is stored. Also, in Outlook I entered them as Bob & Jane Jones The envelop prints Bob & Jane and Jane Jones. I would appreciate any suggestion as to what I am doing worng. Thanks for your assistance |
