Visio character problem

Hi,
I have computers with these configurations,
Windows NT + Office 2000 + Visio 2000
Windows XP + Office 2000
Windows XP + Office 2003

Windows NT user creates visio shemas and copy shema to Word document. Other
Windows NT users do not have any problem on the Word document. But Windows XP
users could not see Turkish characters in the document. They seems like
garbage characters.
Other important point; if we write Turkish character using text tool,
Windows XP users could see Turkish characters. But if we insert a
shape(square, triange, etc.) and write over it, Windows XP users could not
see Turkish characters. Windows NT users have not any problem in both
contidion.

How can I resolve the issue.

Visio 2003 has some options that deal with text.

Look under Tools Options Regional (tab).

Maybe some of these settings might help.
