Default Shared Mailbox

When replying to mail in a Shared Mailbox, how do you get the "From" field
to automatically
Have the repliers email address and not the Shared Mailboxes.
eg. if replies, the from email address is
and not

delegating is not a solution as it puts
on behalf of
(yuck and confusing
for my employees and their clients)

Would I have to design a form (i.e. write VB code) to do this and then use
this in every mail folder?

thanx in advance, Jack

clients use: Outlook 2003 sp1
server use: Exchange 2003 sp 1
