multiple email account login - 'enter network password' pop up
Are you still having this problem? I may have a solution for you.

I am having this same problem. I am on a home network of 2 computers, one of
which is down now. I use Outlook 2003, win xp, FireFox, IE sometimes. I still get email from the 'bad account' yet have to deal with annoying popup. HELP! I had the same problem. The answer turned out that ISP had decided I received
Spam from one source and blocked it at their level. I had successfully received daily messages up to this time from the same source. When the ISP corrected the 'errant' sender the problem went away. This was actually a trusted source who 2 years earlier had a security breach. A spammer started using their server and still, periodically, it causes trouble in various areas of the country. Im sorry but i don't think your problem or your solution have anything to do with the original problem in this thread. That issue is relating to someone getting the same mail box checked by more than one computer at the same time. Causing the pop server to reject the second computer and Outlook pops up with a 'enter network password' even though there isnt necessarily anything wrong with the password. By the sounds of it this person has several email boxes and is just looking for a way to disable the 'enter network password' pop up. Anyone know how to do that? The issue lies with your mail server ... you can only have 1 account login
at the same time, so if you and a colleague check for email, the first one logged onto the mailserver wins ;-) The second person gets the popup (because the server does not allow the same UserID to logon twice). If it's a company mailserver, check with the administrator to get more concurrent logons, if it's you ISP, you could try the same but I would be surprised if they allow that. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE QUESTION! I have the same "problem" which specifically is THE "ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD" WINDOW popping up. When this pops up for one of my accounts because it can't connect to the mail server within the specified timeout, it doesn't check any of the accounts anymore until I hit cancel or ok. The question is how do we eliminate this popup so if it doesn't connect, it doesn't popup this window and will just continue trying to connect in the specified send/receive time without the need for user intervention. Thank you very much if you can help!
