Default bypass "please enter your full name and initials below" in office

Hello,
I keep getting a message box "please enter your full name and initials below
" for each user, when users open office excel for the first time,
is there a way how to bypass or disable office from showing this message box?
i have read some forums that recommended to use
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\ Common\UserInfo and Set the
values (REG_BINARY) for UserInitials and UserName. but it didn't help much am
i missing anything here

Thank You
Samsonk
