Default Error: please make sure MS Outlook 2K/XP is installed

I have a new PC with XP Home and Office 10. Word and Outlook Express appear
to be the only factory installed options. I installed Excel (ONLY) from an
Office 97 CD and I now receive this error message on startup & login. It is
not impeding use of Outlook Express, but I want to get rid of the message!
