Default Windows start up

When I turn on my windows XP a file called systems32 pops up each and every time. all I have to do is x out of it, but its annoying it. I've tried several methods given to me by our tech support at work and they can't come up with anything.
It just happend all of a sudden.
any suggestions?

Has zip to do with MS Office but the answer is

System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows XP, Windows 2000, or
Windows NT 4.0
