Default Meeting Request options disabled

Hello,

While attempting to use the practice sessions, to either change an
appointment to a meeting or schedule a meeting, the right click New Meeting
option is grayed out and there is no Invite attendees anywhere on my standard
toolbar. I'm using Office 2003.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dolores
