Default reminders

I must use a system wide calendar program from oracle at my university. I
can export the calendar data in .vcs format and import it to OUtlook.
However, none of the reminders come with the import file. I want to turn on
reminders for all apppointments at one time, such as in category view, but
can't find any way to do it. does anyone know of a solution to turn on
reminders for all imported appointments at one time? thanks.

If you again export them to Excel, can you do a global enable?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Charlie asked:
