Meeting request accept decline buttons don't work
Hi,
I have a user on an Exchange 2003 server using Outlook 2003. Whenever he receives a meeting request, he is able to click on the Accept, Tentative, or Decline buttons, but nothing happens. He can successfully accept or decline the meeting request from webmail. Any ideas would be appreciated. BP |

Meeting request accept decline buttons don't work
Have you run a detect and repair on the user's Office installation?

Meeting request accept decline buttons don't work
Hi Milly,
I have tried that but no luck. The buttons still don't work. I can remove and reinstall Office but rather not if there is another fix. Try a new mail profile then, that will usually fix it but it is the
sledgehammer approach. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
