I have a query and I would like to look up the record with the most current date.
Is there a way to do this?

You might try a query whose SQL looks something like this:

SELECT TOP 1
[Your Table].*
FROM
[Your Table]
ORDER BY
[Your Table].[Your Date Field] DESC
