Currently I use Office Professional XP. I am starting my own busines, with
web site and am trying to determine if Small Business 2003 would be a better
fit for my needs. Also if I chage from Office Professional Business would
that be considered a new purchase or an update. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Amy

This page will allow you to see which programs come with the different
editions. Only you can determine which programs you need.

And if you bought Small Business 2003 but found you needed Access, for
example, you would have to either purchase the programs a standalone copy or
buy a full copy of a suite that included it. There are no crossgrade
versions (from one 2003 edition to another 2003 edition).

Hi Amy Marcia,

To add to JoAnn's reply, when purchasing an Office 2003 upgrade package you can choose any of the available retail editions,
including Small Business Edition as long as you have any Office XP Edition, so yes, Office 2003 Small Business Edition upgrade will
work as an upgrade from an Office XP Professional Edition base.
