What tool or steps did you use to perform the export and import? Outlook
itself doesn't export from or import to public folders. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "wendy" wrote in message ... I exported them (from the user that originally generated the calendars) to a PST and then imported them to the origninal users computer. ----- Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook] wrote: ----- What procedure did you use to move the public folders? "wendy" wrote in message ... sorry for the confusion: Outlook 2003-Exchange Smal Business Server 2000 Had everything moved to a new server. Everything moved fine except the calendars in the public folders. They now have file folder icons instead of calendar icons. They don't open as calendars, just lists of information separated by date. The info comes up as just lists not in calendar format. It looks like a funny contact list. The icon is just a folder not the calendar icon |
