Calendar View
Is there any way to view/print weekly and monthly
calendars as traditional calendars appear... seven columns/days beginning with Sunday on the left? |

Calendar View
The only one you can print this way using Outlook's print styles is the
monthly view. First you need to set the uncompressed weekends in the Calendar view itself -- go to View | Current View | Customize Current View, click the Other Settings button, and in the Month section, clear the checkbox for "Compress weekend days". (Note: In Outlook 2003, there's an extra menu step -- it's View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View.) Once you've done that, the monthly view will print with 7 columns, as long as you print it on only one page. If you print it over 2 pages, though, the weekends will still compress. Weekly views always have compressed weekends. You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with it.
