Sharing automatic formatting
I set up a departmental calendar in a shared folder in Outlook 2003 and used automatic formatting to color it. When others view it, however, they don't see colors, just the default black and white scheme. Can the automatic formatting rules I created be used by others, or does each person need to enter my formatting rules for themselves into their own copy of Outlook?
Thx, David |

Sharing automatic formatting
If you define a new named view and set its scope to "on this folder visible
to everyone," the settings should work for everyoine. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "David" wrote in message ...
