Default how do I enlarge and print contents of A4 sheet to A size

On an ordinary printer, how do I enlarge the contents so that 4 or 6 A4 size
sheets will have different parts of tthe original content when printed. when
put together side by side they should appear to be a poster of much larger
size.

Almost impossible with Word - try an application that is more comfortable
with banner printing such as Publisher.
