Default How do I change the meeting reminder to remind me at correct time

In Microsoft Outlook the meeting reminder reminds me of my meeting hours
after the meeting is over. Can this be changed? I have it set up to remind
me 15 minutes before a meeting, but am never reminded until several hours
after the meeting is over.

Thank you for your help,
Robin
